​Ms. Alisa Lockwood serves as Senior Manager for Europe Risk Analysis and Forecasting, Global Macroeconomics & Country Risk. In her current role, she manages a team of seven in-house analysts and some 50 remote analysts based in country. In addition to advising major corporate clients on political and security risks in the region, notably she is responsible for producing risk ratings, commercially-relevant forecasts and analysis. She led the development of the counterparty risk assessment product and manages global investigations in tandem with the regional desk heads. She has more than ten years of experience in political risk, market entry and counterparty analysis and has spent time working in Moscow. She also represents IHS in the media, frequently appearing on Bloomberg, CNBC and Sky News among others. Ms. Lockwood’s degrees include a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and a Master of Arts, in Politics and Public Policy from the University of Toronto, Canada.​
