Mr. Gavan Nolan is Co-head of Credit Research at IHS Markit and is an expert commentator on credit markets. Mr. Gavan Nolan is Co-head of Credit Research at IHS Markit and is an expert commentator on credit markets. Mr. Nolan is a Director in Markit’s fixed income pricing division and Co-head of Fixed Income Research. Having joined Markit at its inception in 2001, he has been involved in the company developing from a start-up to a large financial information services company. Mr. Nolan is an expert on the credit markets and a well-known contributor to the financial press, both print and broadcast, including The Financial Times, CNBC, Bloomberg and the BBC Radio 4 Today Programme. He has published credit market research for several years. Prior to joining Markit, he worked at JP Morgan Chase in the interest rate markets team. Gavan holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Economics from Queen Mary College, University of London.
