Alisa Lockwood manages a regional intelligence team of in-country analysts and sources covering the Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region. Alisa has more than ten years of experience in political risk, market entry and counterparty analysis. In addition to advising major corporate clients on political and security risks in the Europe/CIS region, including war, terrorism, civil unrest and political risk, she is responsible for producing risk ratings, commercially-relevant forecasts and analysis, based on in-depth knowledge of political and economic dynamics in the Eurasia region. Alisa led the development of Exclusive Analysis, and now IHS, counterparty risk assessment product and manages global investigations in tandem with the regional desk heads. Alisa has an MA in Politics and Public Policy from the University of Toronto, and received the prestigious Alfa Fellowship in Russia. Alisa speaks Russian, French and Italian.
