Ms. Diane Myers is a Senior Principal Analyst within the IHS Technology group. She joined IHS in December 2014, when IHS acquired Infonetics Research—a premier global communications technology market research firm. As a principal analyst at Infonetics, Ms. Myers led the VoIP, IMS and enterprise UC coverage research group. She has 20 years of telecom industry experience and is widely regarded as a top VoIP analyst. She is a recognized author, speaker and consultant with expertise in PBXs and unified communications (UC), session border controllers (SBCs), service provider VoIP and IMS equipment, cloud UC services, SIP trunking, residential VoIP, diameter signaling, WebRTC, and adoption trends of service providers and businesses. An influential thought leader, she is frequently quoted in the trade and business press, including The Wall Street Journal, Investor's Business Daily, Total Telecom, Network World and FierceMarkets. Prior to Infonetics, Ms. Myers served as a strategic marketing director for BroadSoft and as a program manager for Stratecast Partners. Before that, she was a senior manager at FORE Systems (Marconi Communications) and a senior analyst at In-Stat, NCR and Eastman Kodak. Ms. Myers holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, US, and a master's degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Glendale, Arizona, US.
